My pictures did improve after i took the picture of my shoes. I learned more positions and what not to do in pictures, like placing a subject in the middle frame isnt always the best choice.

Why?  The rembrandt is the best shot of this assignment because of the lights and facial expression. 2. Which picture is the weakest shot of this assignment?  Why? The weakest shot of the assignment was butterfly because of how green it came out. 3. How can the weakest image be improved on in future shoots? The green can be edited more or i could have turned off the green light. 4. Color Sampling

1 2 3 4 5 1 2 3 4 5 The best shot is the lip gloss because the picture in general is vibrant and the subject is right in the middle. The weakest shot is the putty because i could have used a different background for it. The weakest shot can be improved by using a more simple background. I used photoshop to edit the pictures in each layer. I also used the spot healing tool for a lot of corrections. By color sampling, it changes the pictures moods by having a more clear focus on what is being shown. It gives a more relaxed mood. Finding colorful objects was the easiest of this assignment because everything has color. Finding the right backgrounds were the hardest because i dont have many clear backgrounds in my house. If i could redo this assignment i would find more simple backgrounds. I would give myself a 9 because i love all the colorful pictures i took with their setups, but not the backgrounds.

1. I had a hard time deciding which is the best shot, but i think the first edit is because it fits my aesthetic perfectly and im very proud of the way it came out. 2. The second edit is the weaker picture because i feel like it is kind of out of focus, but being out of focus gives it a good shadow effect. 3. The weakest shot can be improved by just me focusing more. 4. I used photoshop for both of them, i used the spot healing tool in the first one to edit out lights and make the shadow completely black, and i added more of a purple filter on them, etc. 5. I met the goals of the assignment by creating shadows that can portray a story through them.We can still tell a narrative in pictures with little detail in them by the way the shadows are placed and what they are doing. 6. The easy thing about this assignment was creating poses and bringing objects into the poses. 7. The hardest thing about this project was to focus my camera with one hand and place all the objects...
