Artist Reflection

1.) The best picture of this assignment is the boat because it has a good sense of lighting to it.
2.) The weakest shot is the picture of the chair and table because i feel like i couldve positioned the camera better.
3.) The weakest shot can be improved by better positioning of camera.
4.) I used photoshop for lightness and darkness.
5.) I was able to meet the objective of the assignment by taking pictures that properly display the assignment requirements.
6.) The easy thing about this assignment was finding things to take pictures of because an object is everywhere.
7.) The hardest part of this assignment was finding the time to take pictures. I worked a lot more hours than i normally do last week.
8.) I would take more pictures if i could redo this assignment.
9.) I give myself a 6 for effort because i barely took pictures and duplicate pictures, but when i did the pictures turned out really nice.

Which picture is the weakest shot of this assignment? Why? The weakest shot of the assignment was butterfly because of how green it came out. 3. How can the weakest image be improved on in future shoots? The green can be edited more or i could have turned off the green light. 4. Did you use Photoshop, Lightroom, or both? What tools in the programs did you use to edit the pictures? I used photoshop to edit levels, curves and brightness. 5. Depth of Field

Low depth of field. Low depth of field. High depth of field. High depth of field. The picture that is the best shot is the flower one because you can see all the details in the dandelion. The weakest picture of this assignment is the last high depth of field picture because there wasn't as much substance in it. The weakest can be improved by having more to look at. I used photoshop. I used the straighten tool and the filter levels. I was able to meet the goals by taking high and low depth of field pictures. The easiest one to do is high depth of field in my opinion. The easy thing about the assignment was finding things to take pictures of. The hardest part of the assignment was trying to find the right angles for the pictures. If i could do this assignment differently, i would take more photos. I would rate my effort a 7 because i got lazy halfway through and lost motivation because my iphone screen broke and i had to get it fixed.

The weakest shot is the putty because i could have used a different background for it. The weakest shot can be improved by using a more simple background. I used photoshop to edit the pictures in each layer. I also used the spot healing tool for a lot of corrections. By color sampling, it changes the pictures moods by having a more clear focus on what is being shown. It gives a more relaxed mood. Finding colorful objects was the easiest of this assignment because everything has color. Finding the right backgrounds were the hardest because i dont have many clear backgrounds in my house. If i could redo this assignment i would find more simple backgrounds. I would give myself a 9 because i love all the colorful pictures i took with their setups, but not the backgrounds.
