The difference between a snapshot and artistic photography is that a snapshot really doesn't require as much time and effort as artistic photography does. Artistic photography involves setting up your camera the right way and editing it a lot to focus on something.

The weakest shot is the putty because i could have used a different background for it. The weakest shot can be improved by using a more simple background. I used photoshop to edit the pictures in each layer. I also used the spot healing tool for a lot of corrections. By color sampling, it changes the pictures moods by having a more clear focus on what is being shown. It gives a more relaxed mood. Finding colorful objects was the easiest of this assignment because everything has color. Finding the right backgrounds were the hardest because i dont have many clear backgrounds in my house. If i could redo this assignment i would find more simple backgrounds. I would give myself a 9 because i love all the colorful pictures i took with their setups, but not the backgrounds.
